Many of our friends have and use computers, but basically to surf the web or to check e-mail. So many of them (and maybe even you) really would like to be able to do more with their computers, but they just don’t know how or where to even start. We’ve been giving out computer advice to our friends for years, whether on a Mac or PC. Along the way, we’ve seen that many people would like to do the same kinds of things, but are either technophobic or just aren’t able to think like a computer.
Humans don’t think like computers. Computers do! Really good techies seem to talk to computers really well, but what they excel at with computers, they lack in talking with real live people. We like to think we bridge that gap between the geek world and the real world. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a geek–hey, that’s what we are! But we can talk to you and help you reach your computing goals without talking to you like you’re the computer. Think of us as computer whisperers!
