But the real question should be, how much is your product, company, or self worth? If you want to get the word out about who you are, what you’re about, and you think that has some value to it, don’t you want that represented the best? Think about this: you’re going out on a first date. What kind of impression do you want to make? Are you going to put on ratty clothes and no cologne and not wash your hair? Or do you want to look the best that you can? That’s what a website does for your public.
So when you think about how much you want to spend on a website, think about the impression that you want to make. Talk to a couple of developers and see what they can do for you to make sure that you stand out from the crowd.
